Deleting account

m-chat takes user data very seriously. To comply with GDPR and CCPA rules, you can request to delete your personal information or your m-chat account at any time.

To request for your account deletion:

• Create a ticket and mention your request

• OR, email your request to [email protected]

Note:

• Once deleted, all your account and chat data will be deleted forever.

• The request will be processed within 24 business hours.
