Send Email

Send outbound email to a list of contacts.

Available only for TECHALPHA as an email provider.

If you intend to send an email to your contacts in the outbound bot, you can use the 'Send Email' action block.

To configure the 'Send Email' action block:

1. Add the 'Send Email' action block on the canvas

2. Choose/Add the 'From' address.

3. Choose the 'Reply to' address.

4. Choose the variable containing the contact email address in the 'To' field.

5. Add email addresses to 'CC'.

6. Add email addresses to 'BCC'.

7. Select the email template you want to send.

You can choose to view the template by clicking the 'Template preview' button.
